What We Offer

Introductory Consultation

We offer a home visit of up to 2 hours where we will get to know each other, and go through each room of your house from a potential buyers perspective, offering on the spot ideas and suggestions.

Elevate Restyle Report

Following our Introductory Consultation, a detailed "Plan of Action" report is put together listing the necessary actions required for each room/outdoor area in order to maximise your property's potential. This report provides a clear action plan for you, the homeowner, to carry out the recommended works in your own time.

Home Styling

Life is busy ... your time is precious. Let Elevate take the stress out of preparing your property for sale. We can do the work for you. Our home styling service can include all actions within your "Restyle" report. This may be decluttering, moving and restyling existing furnishings, adding artwork and accessories.

Pre viewing styling

Once you have your house looking beautiful for the photos you still need to make sure it lives up to the expectations of potential buyers.

We offer a bespoke pre-viewing styling visit to make sure that every surface is shining, any clutter is cleared and each room smells sensational.
